I got my order from fathippo.co.uk and, to be honest, everything was right. No missing bits or wrong sizes, and it all matched what I chose online. It arrived when I expected it to as well. I’m only going with 4 stars because the updates maybe could’ve been a bit clearer, but yeah, the actual order itself was totally fine.

I ordered from fathippo.co.uk and, it turned up quicker than I’d expected. I can’t remember the exact day I placed the order, but I do remember getting the email updates and not having to chase anything up. The parcel was packed well, nothing was damaged, and the delivery driver actually left it where I’d asked, which was handy. All in all, a really straightforward order with no hassle. I’d happily use them again...

Ordered from Fat Hippo and, i was half expecting the usual lukewarm takeaway situation because that’s happened so many times it’s kind of knocked my trust in deliveries. But this turned up properly hot. The chips were still warm and crispy, and the burger was spot on. No fuss, no messing about, just decent hot food. Would definitely order again...

I really enjoyed the burger—the flavor was spot on and it totally hit the spot. The bun did get a little soggy, so it was a bit messy, but I managed to finish it without wearing half of it, so I’m calling that a small win.

The sides tasted fresh and the chips were nice and crispy, which I really liked. it was a solid little order overall, though for some reason I’m still not sure if I’d call it amazing or just decent. But yeah, the fries were proper good.

Popped in with my mate for dinner the burgers were so good. Proper messy, but in the best way. The chips were great too, and the staff were really friendly. Food came out quick as well. Would definitely go back...

Really liked the cozy vibe inside and it’s a nice place to sit and relax. The only thing that got frustrating was having to wait longer than expected, which kind of took away from the experience a bit.

I couldn’t even finish mine. For me, the portion size made it feel totally worth it

Was a bit slow at times, but it worked in the end

The service was slow, and I was left waiting longer than I expected. I get that things can get busy, but it would’ve been nice if someone acknowledged the delay or at least offered a quick apology.

The staff were really friendly, or at least that’s definitely how it felt to us. We were made to feel welcome pretty much straight away, even though the place was busy. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and I’m fairly sure we’d be happy to go back again.

The drink selection was decent, and I did find a few options I liked. That said, there were a couple things I was hoping for that weren’t available. It’s fine for a quick stop, but a bit more variety would make a big difference.

It was cheap and sorta got the job done just fine. For the money, I’m happy with it.

Grabbed some takeaway packaging from Fat Hippo for our little cafe, mostly because we’d run into that usual last-minute situation. It all arrived fine, and the boxes felt sturdy enough for what we needed. Lids actually fit properly too, which isn’t always a given.
Delivery was quick enough, nothing turned up bashed or missing, and the price seemed fair from what I could tell. Not much else to say really, but I’d probably order from them again when we’re getting low

I tend to notice quickly how staff respond when you ask allergen questions, and here the pattern was all good. They checked things properly, answered without rushing me, and didn’t make me feel awkward for asking. Really appreciated that

It was quiet enough, everything seemed well looked after, and I didn’t run into any issues while I was there. What stood out most, after a bit, was how clean and tidy the place was, no mess anywhere, which made a big difference. I’d be happy to go back again.

I had a scroll through Fat Hippo i was not prepared for the sheer amount of choice. It’s not just your standard burger lineup either, there are loads of toppings, sides, and veggie options thrown in too.

I love a menu that gives you plenty to pick from without making your brain completely melt, and this one somehow manages it. Everyone in our group found something they were excited about, which felt like a small miracle.

I’d definitely order again. It feels like the perfect place for those dramatic moments when nobody knows what they fancy and dinner plans are hanging by a thread.
